How do I set-up an account?

To create an account, head over to the “Account” page located at the top bar of the website and input your credentials. You will then receive a confirmation email, after which you can log in normally. 

How can I log in/retrieve my password?

If you are a registered user and forgot your password, tap on ‘Forgot Password’ and you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset it. For any other technical difficulties, please contact our Customer Care team.  

How can I opt in/out of FASHMOD communications?

Manage your communication preferences by going to “My Account” page and then going to “Account Details”.

What about my data privacy?

We take data protection very seriously. Information you provide to us via our website is stored on secure servers. Any payment transactions carried out through our website will be encrypted using Secure Socket Layer technology. Your card details and passwords are not available to any of our employees. However, please do note that it is your responsibility to keep any website passwords or login codes issued to or chosen by you, confidential. Order Information

How long does it take to receive an order?

We offer 1-2 business days delivery within city bounds in the UAE. Other remote locations within the UAE may take longer. Kindly refer to our Shipping Policy.

What is the return/refund policy?

We offer a 10-day returns policy. You can return/refund any unused item as long as it’s in a re-saleable condition and in its original packaging with tags still attached. This excludes Underwear & Socks. Kindly read our full Returns & Refund policy here.

Can I exchange a product?

We are not currently able to offer Exchanges. Instead, all items should follow the returns process, and a new Order placed for the replacement items.  

I received a damaged or faulty product

If your product is damaged or has a fault, we want to know. Request a return through our returns portal and select the reason accordingly. We will inspect your product for you. Refer to our full Returns & Refund policy here.

I want to cancel/modify my order

You may cancel your order by calling our customer care team. Your order can only be canceled if it has not been processed and dispatched. If it’s already being prepared, you will need to wait for your order to be delivered and then request a return. For more on this, please see our Online Returns policy.

I want to change my delivery address

You can change or add new delivery addresses by clicking on the “My Account” page and then clicking on “Addresses”.

I received the wrong items/some items from my order are missing

How can I return a product?

To return a product you have purchased, head over to the “My Account” page, click on “Orders & Returns”, under “Action” select which order you wish to initiate a return for and follow the steps. Place the item/s neatly back in its original packaging, and we’ll pick it up as soon as we can. It is very important to note that you can request only one return per order. Kindly refer to the Online Returns page for more information.

How do I redeem a promo code?

Online promotional voucher codes can be used online at the checkout stage. If you are facing problems with a promo code, please contact the Customer Care team. Refer to the Contact Us section.


Is there free delivery?

Yes, all orders above AED 300 are delivered free of charge. Any orders below AED 300, will incur delivery charges of AED 20 in city-bound locations and AED 40 in outside-city locations. Kindly refer to our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Payment Information

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and online credit. Cash On Delivery payments are also available. However, we do not accept cheques. 

What is Cash On Delivery?

Cash On Delivery enables you to pay for the items you ordered once they are delivered to you. You can pay with cash only. You will be unable to use your credit or debit card for the same. Any refunds will be credited back to your account in the form of online credit. For more on this, kindly read our Online Returns policy.  

There is a problem with my payment

If this occurs, please reach out to our Customer Care Team and they will sort out the issue you are having. Kindly refer to the Contact Us page.

I haven’t received my refund yet

We will initiate your refund once we receive the items in our warehouse and validate that they are in their original condition. Once the items being returned are checked, you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on the original payment method, you should receive your refund within 5-15 days.
